1. The service

Voizy lets creators receive paid messages from their audience through a personal link (voizy.me/username). A message is a voice note or, when the creator allows it, a written one, and it may include one photo if the creator has enabled attachments. Senders don't need an account; creators do. Voizy processes payments through Dodo Payments (our merchant of record) and holds creator earnings until payout.

2. Accounts

You must be 18+ to create a creator account. Usernames are first-come, first-served; impersonation or trademark squatting results in reclamation. You're responsible for activity under your account.

3. Payments & fees

Creators set a price per tier (from $1). Voizy's commission is 15% on Free (you keep 85%) and 0% on Pro (you keep 100%). Separately, the sender pays a service fee on top of the price that covers payment processing — it never comes out of the creator's earnings. Earnings become available 7 days after each payment (a hold against chargebacks) and pay out to your PayPal in USD once your available balance reaches $50.

4. Replies

Creators can reply to any paid message with a voice message, and Pro creators can also reply with a photo or a video. Replies are at the creator's discretion — Voizy does not guarantee a reply or a specific response time, and does not automatically refund messages. Photo and video replies are watermarked and delivered through links that expire after a few minutes. That raises the effort required to copy them and makes any copy traceable, but it cannot prevent a recipient from screenshotting, recording or otherwise saving what they were sent. Voizy does not guarantee that a reply cannot be copied or redistributed by its recipient, and is not liable if that happens — do not send anything you could not stand to see shared.

5. Content rules

Nothing illegal. No threats, sextortion, unsolicited sexual content, harassment, or content involving minors under any circumstance. This applies equally to audio, written messages, photos and video, whether sent by a fan or by a creator. Our automated algorithms and manual review continuously evaluate and flag messages, transcripts, images and account signals to detect abuse and fraud. Creators can report and block senders, and senders can report a creator's reply from the link they received. We reserve the right to review, restrict or remove any content, and to suspend or permanently delete accounts that misuse the platform or violate these rules.

6. Adult content

Adult content is permitted only for verified creators aged 18+ operating in Voizy's adult mode, and only where it is legal and fully consensual — similar to how mainstream creator platforms allow it under defined rules. Everyone involved must be an adult. Content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or anything otherwise illegal is strictly prohibited, is never subject to a warning, and results in immediate removal, account termination and reporting to the authorities. Adult creators are responsible for complying with the laws of their own and their audience's jurisdictions.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create chargeback/fraud risk. Pending balances are settled subject to dispute windows.

8. Compliance & legal requests

Voizy and its payment provider must comply with anti-money-laundering (AML), counter-terrorism-financing, sanctions and fraud-prevention laws. To meet these obligations we may verify identity, monitor, hold, refuse or reverse transactions, and suspend or close accounts. We may also disclose account, transaction or contact information to courts, regulators, tax authorities or law-enforcement agencies of any relevant country when required by applicable law, a valid legal request, or to detect, prevent or investigate fraud, abuse or other illegal activity.

9. Governing law

Voizy is operated from Peru and available to creators and senders internationally. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru, and any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Lima, Peru. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer-protection rights granted by the laws of your country of residence. Payments are processed globally by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, which collects any applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout.

10. Your content: text, photos & video

You keep ownership of everything you send or record. By sending a message, you grant Voizy the right to store it and deliver it to the creator you sent it to — nothing more. A fan's photo is shown only to that creator: it never appears on a public profile, in the live streaming overlay, or in any exported video. By sending a photo or video reply, a creator grants Voizy the right to process, resize, re-encode and add a Voizy watermark to it before it is delivered. Removing, cropping out or obscuring that watermark, or redistributing another person's message or reply without their consent, is a breach of these terms. Creators must have the right to everything they send: don't send content featuring someone who hasn't agreed to it.
