Terms of Service

1. The service

Voizy lets creators receive paid voice messages from their audience through a personal link (voizy.me/username). Senders don't need an account; creators do. Voizy processes payments through Dodo Payments (our merchant of record) and holds creator earnings until payout.

2. Accounts

You must be 18+ to create a creator account. Usernames are first-come, first-served; impersonation or trademark squatting results in reclamation. You're responsible for activity under your account.

3. Payments & fees

Creators set a price per tier (from $1). Voizy's commission is 15% on Free (you keep 85%) and 0% on Pro (you keep 100%). Separately, the sender pays a service fee on top of the price that covers payment processing — it never comes out of the creator's earnings. Earnings become available 7 days after each payment (a hold against chargebacks) and pay out to your PayPal in USD once your available balance reaches $50.

4. Replies

Creators can reply to any paid note with a voice message, delivered to the sender by email. Replies are at the creator's discretion — Voizy does not guarantee a reply or a specific response time, and does not automatically refund messages.

5. Content rules

Nothing illegal. No threats, sextortion, unsolicited sexual content, harassment, or content involving minors under any circumstance. Creators can report and block senders. Voizy moderates incoming audio and may remove accounts that violate these rules.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create chargeback/fraud risk. Pending balances are settled subject to dispute windows.
